Travelling expenses, &c. 70. It shall be lawful for the Court to appoint by warrant as aforesaid assistant messengers of the Court in special cases: The duties of the messengers shall be such, and they shall give such security, as the Court shall by any general order from time to time direct: It shall be lawful for the Court by any general or special order to direct from time to time how and by whom, or out of what fund under the control of the Court, and according to what scale, the travelling and other expenses of the messengers incurred in performing such duties shall be paid.]Oath.
