Official assignee not personally liable for acts done in execution of duty. 65. [The official assignee shall not] be personally liable by reason of any of the matters upon which an adjudication of bankruptcy shall have been grounded being insufficient to support such adjudication, or in respect of his receipt in his official capacity of any money or negotiable instruments; provided he shall not have dealt with the same otherwise than as directed by the Court, or [required or permitted by any statutory provision].
