Appeal to the House of Lords. 34. All orders of the said Court of Appeal on proceedings under this Act, save orders relating to the [final] examination or the [certificate of conformity] [discharge] of any bankrupt, dismissing any petition for adjudication or arrangement, granting protection to any [debtor], or any question of practice only, shall be subject to appeal to the House of Lords, in like manner and subject to the same conditions as any other appeals from the orders of the said Court.
