Bona fide purchases not to be impeached unless petition filed within six months after act of bankruptcy. 332. No purchase from any bankrupt bona fide and for valuable consideration, where the purchaser had notice at the time of such purchase of an act of bankruptcy by such bankrupt committed, shall be impeached by reason thereof, unless a petition of bankruptcy shall have been filed within six months after such act of bankruptcy. Ss.333339 rep. by 1872 c.58 s.5 sch.(A); SLR 1893; 1969 c.30 (NI) s.132 sch.6 1834 c.92 ss.4961, to extend to proceedings under this Act.
