Allowance to bankrupt for maintenance or service. 301. The official assignee may make such allowances as he may think just to the bankrupt out of the bankrupt's property for the support of the bankrupt and his family or in consideration of his services if he is engaged in winding up his estate, but any such allowance may be reduced by the Court.] Ss.302, 303 rep. by 1980 NI 4 art.44(2)(b) sch.3[
