295. All unclaimed dividends, save dividends declared before the passing of this Act, and all monies unclaimed, the produce of any bankrupt's or insolvent's estate, shall, after the expiration of the period of twelve months from the dividend having been declared, or from the time at which any other monies unclaimed shall have come to the hands of the assignees, be paid into or transferred to the credit of "The Unclaimed Dividend Account," subject to the order of the Court for the payment thereout of any dividend due to any creditor, or for the distribution of any such other unclaimed money.][
