No action to be brought for dividends. 293. No action for any dividend shall be brought against any assignee; but if the assignees shall refuse to pay any such dividend, the Court may order payment thereof, with interest for the time it shall have been withheld, and may also order the costs of the application.] S.294 rep. by SLR 1875 Unclaimed dividends to be carried to Unclaimed Dividend Account. [
