Court to appoint sittings for bankrupt to surrender and conform. 130. The Court shall in every such notice of adjudication, and in every notice of adjudication on the petition of any such trader, appoint two public sittings of the Court for the bankrupt to surrender and conform, the last of which sittings shall be on a day not less than twenty days and not exceeding forty days from such advertisement, and shall be the day limited for such surrender: Provided always, that the Court shall have power from time to time to enlarge the time for the bankrupt surrendering himself for such time as the Court shall think fit.]
