In case petitioning creditor's debt be insufficient, Court may proceed upon application of any other creditor. 128. If after adjudication the debt of the petitioning creditor shall be found by the Court to be insufficient to support such adjudication, it shall be lawful for the Court, upon the application of any other creditor, having proved any debt sufficient to support an adjudication, to order the petition of bankruptcy to be proceeded in; and it shall by such order be deemed valid.
