Debtor may petition against himself. 120. Any [debtor] may petition for adjudication of bankruptcy against himself, [and, if the court under such petition adjudge such debtor bankrupt, notice of such adjudication shall forthwith be given in the [Belfast Gazette in the prescribed manner.] [Gazette in the manner prescribed by bankruptcy rules.]
