97.(1) The Ministry may make regulations (a)respecting registration and procedure under this Act and the forms to be used for such registration; (b)respecting the functions of the registrar under this Act; (c)respecting the inspection, and furnishing of copies, of documents in the custody of the registrar under this Act; (d)prescribing the scale of fees to be paid for the inspection, or the furnishing of copies, of documents in the custody of the registrar or in connection with the exercise by the registrar of any of his functions under this Act; (e)prescribing anything which may be or is to be prescribed by the Ministry under this Act; (2) Any such regulations may impose reasonable fines on persons who contravene or fail to comply with any of those regulations; and any such fine shall be recoverable on the summary conviction of the offender. (3) The registrar may make regulations prescribing anything which under this Act is to be or may be prescribed by him. (4) Any regulations made under this Act shall be subject to negative resolution.
