12.(1) The Minister of Commerce may establish an advisory committee to advise the Ministry on such questions relating to the administration of this Act and matters connected therewith as the Ministry may refer to the committee. (2) The Minister of Commerce shall appoint as members of the advisory committee such persons as appear to the Minister to be qualified to advise on the matters to be referred to the committee. (3) Expenses incurred by the advisory committee with the approval of the Ministry and the sanction of the Ministry of Finance shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament.
