Interpretation. 63. In this Act the following expressions have the meanings hereby assigned to them, that is to say Definition rep. by 1981 NI 3 art.163(2) sch.13 "flat" means a separate and self-contained set of premises constructed for use for the purposes of a dwelling and forming part of a building from some other part of which it is divided horizontally; "house" ... includes (i)any part of a building, being a part which is occupied or intended to be occupied as a separate dwelling; (ii)a flat; <(iii)any yard, garden, out-house and appurtenances belonging to a house or usually enjoyed therewith; and <(iv)the site of a house; Definitions rep. by 1978 NI 20 art.77(3) sch.10; 1981 NI 3 art.163(2) sch.13 Citation.
