Writ may run into any port, harbour, road, creek or bay. 5. . . . if such writ shall issue in Ireland, the same may be directed and run into any port, harbour, road, creek, or bay, although the same should not be in the body of any county; any law or usage to the contrary in anywise notwithstanding.
