Licences to send produce out of Northern Ireland. 19.(1) Subject to the provisions of the Schedule, where a person, in accordance with those provisions, makes application to the Ministry for a licence authorising him to send out of Northern Ireland produce to which this Part applies, the Ministry shall issue such a licence to him; and (a)the provisions of the Schedule shall apply to every licence under this section; and (b)in the application of those provisions for the purposes of this section, "licence" shall mean a licence issued under this section. (2) Without prejudice to paragraph 3 of the Schedule, the Ministry may refuse to issue a licence under this section if the Ministry is not satisfied that the applicant will maintain in Northern Ireland appropriate premises (including storage and other facilities) for the handling and packing of horticultural produce.
