Licence to process horticultural produce. 11.(1) Subject to subsection (2), a person shall not, either by himself or by any servant or agent of his, process in any premises any horticultural produce to which this Part applies, except under the authority of and in accordance with the conditions specified in a licence issued to him by the Ministry under this Part and for the time being in force with respect to those premises. (2) Where the total weight of the horticultural produce processed in any one set of premises during any one period of twelve consecutive months does not exceed one [metric ton], a licence shall not be required under subsection (1) for those premises in respect of that period.
