Admission of invalids, &c. to benefits of hospital. 3. The Admiralty may, under regulations to be from time to time made by them, admit temporarily or permanently to the benefits of Greenwich Hospital non-commissioned officers and men of the royal navy and marines who, although not in receipt of naval pensions, have been, before or after the passing of this Act, discharged as invalided for disease or wounds contracted or received in or by the service of the Crown, or are infirm and helpless.
