All the provisions of this Act in regard to bankrupts shall apply to their lands in England. 60. All the provisions in this Act contained for the benefit of the creditors of persons who under such commissions as aforesaid shall be adjudged bankrupts after the thirty-first day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty-four, and for the confirmation in consequence of bankruptcy of voidable estates created by them, shall extend and apply to the lands of any tenure in England of such persons, as fully and effectually as if this Act had throughout extended to lands of any tenure in England.
