185A. In the exercise of their functions under this Act the Ministry and the Board shall have regard to the following matters, that is to say, the desirability of (a)preserving natural beauty or amenity, (b)conserving flora, fauna and geological or physiographical features of special interest, and (c)protecting buildings and other objects of architectural or historic interest, Complaints.
