Regulations. 19.(1) Any regulations made by the Ministry under this Act, other than regulations made under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section four of this Act, shall, as soon as may be after they are made, be laid before each House of Parliament and if either House of Parliament, within the statutory period next after any such regulations have been laid before it, resolves that the regulations shall be annulled, the regulations shall, after the date of the resolution, be void, but without prejudice to the validity of anything done thereunder or to the making of new regulations. (2) Any regulations made under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section four of this Act shall not come into operation unless and until the draft thereof has been laid before each House of Parliament and confirmed by a resolution of each such House.
