An Act to provide for the acceptance of certain Northern Ireland securities in satisfaction of death duties, to exempt from entertainments duty certain performances for charitable or philanthropic purposes, to reduce the excise duty on certain mechanically-propelled bicycles, to abolish licences for refreshment houses and the payment of duty thereon, to increase the fixed capital of the Civil Contingencies Fund, and to make further provision in connection with finance.
