Commissioners, &c. may apprehend offenders. 89. It shall be lawful for the said commissioners, or any officer appointed by them for the purposes of this Act, to use and exercise all and every the powers and authorities for enforcing the provisions of this Act and the apprehension of offenders by this Act conferred upon the officers of Her Majesty's cruisers and of the coast guard stations and water bailiffs respectively.
