21. The Ministry may make such orders as it thinks fit for allowing the landing of any imported animals intended for breeding, or for exhibition or other exceptional purposes, and for allowing such animals to be landed without being subject to the provisions of Part I of the Third Schedule (which requires animals to be slaughtered on landing) and for amending that Part accordingly; and Part II of the Third Schedule (which requires animals to be kept in quarantine) and Part III of that Schedule (which contains ancillary provisions) shall apply to any animals so allowed to be landed.
