Limitation of time for exercise of powers conferred by the last preceding enactment. 35. The powers conferred by the enactment lastly herein-before contained in relation to any lands shall be exercised only within three years after the making of any declaration that the said lands are required to be kept free from buildings and other obstructions, except with respect to pulling down buildings or structures wrongfully made or erected after the expiration of that time, or keeping or re-instating such lands in the condition in which the same were left after the execution of any such work thereon as aforesaid, or maintaining or restoring the level of such lands. Provision as to interests omitted to be purchased.
