The court may order payment of the costs of the appeal. 94. Upon the hearing of any such appeal the justices or the sheriff may make such order as they or he think fit respecting the payment of the costs of the appellant out of the monies coming to the hands of the commissioners under the special Act or otherwise, as they or he think fit, and such order shall be final.
