Payments to incumbents of parishes from which bodies are brought. 52. The company shall, on the burial of every body within the consecrated part of the cemetery, pay to the incumbent for the time being of the parish or ecclesiastical district from which such body shall have been removed for burial, such sums, if any, as shall be prescribed for that purpose in the special Act.
