Determination of company not to prevent the winding up of their affairs. 28. In case of the determination of such company or body such company or body shall nevertheless be considered as subsisting, and to be in all respects subject to the provisions of this Act, so long and so far as any matters relating to such company or body shall remain unsettled, to the end and intent that such company or body may do all things necessary to the winding-up of the concerns thereof, and that it may be sued and sue under the provisions of this Act in respect of all matters relating to such company or body.
