Findings of guilt under the age of fourteen not to be disclosed in certain cases. 71.(1) If at any time a question arises as to whether a person who has been found guilty of an offence has been so found, and (a)the offence was committed before he attained the age of fourteen, and (b)not less than four years have elapsed since the finding of guilt, (2) Subsection (1) shall not apply with respect to any offence which, in the case of an adult, would have been punishable with imprisonment for fourteen years or more, nor shall it, (a)affect the continuance of any treatment to which the person is subjected in pursuance of any enactment or rule of law in consequence of the finding of guilt in question, or (b)prevent any information with respect to any treatment to which the person has been so subjected from being made available to the court after any subsequent finding of guilt.
