35.(1) Every fine imposed by a coroner under this Act may be recovered by warrant issued by a coroner under his hand which warrant may be enforced in like manner as if it were a warrant issued by a court of summary jurisdiction for the payment of a penal sum adjudged by the court to be payable upon a conviction of the person named in the warrant. (2) A court of summary jurisdiction to whom complaint of default in payment of any fine imposed by this Act is made by any coroner or by any constable may order that the person by whom such default is made be imprisoned for such term, not exceeding three months, as the court may think proper. (3) A fine imposed by a coroner under this Act shall be deemed to be a fine within the meaning of section twenty of the Administration of Justice Act (Northern Ireland), 1954.
