Powers of attachment, committal, etc. 34. If any person (a)wilfully insults or acts contumaciously towards a coroner, or any coroner's officer or any officer of the coroner's court, or any witness, during his sitting or attendance in court, or in going to or returning from the court; or (b)wilfully interrupts the proceedings of a coroner's court or otherwise misbehaves in court; Recovery of fines.
