Removal of body outside Northern Ireland. 25. Where it is brought to the notice of a coroner that it is intended to remove out of Northern Ireland the body of a deceased person which is within his jurisdiction he may certify, in such manner as may be prescribed, that he has been satisfied as to the cause of death and that no circumstances exist necessitating the retention of the body, or any part thereof, in Northern Ireland.
