1836 c.13 11. And whereas by the Constabulary (Ireland) Act, 1836, a certain oath is required to be taken by all persons appointed under the said Act, and to be administered by any two magistrates: it shall and may be lawful for the said oath to be taken before and administered by one magistrate.
