Determination of disputes by arbitration. 95.(1) Where the parties to a dispute agree to refer it to the registrar, or where the rules of a building society direct disputes to be so referred, the dispute shall be referred accordingly, and the award of the registrar shall have the same effect as that of arbitrators under section 94. (2) Any dispute as to the rights of a member under section 63 shall be referred to the registrar, and the award of the registrar shall have the same effect as that of arbitrators under section 94. (3) Any reference of a dispute to the registrar under this section shall be deemed to be a reference to arbitration.
