15.(1) A building society shall not use any name or title other than its registered name. (2) If a building society contravenes subsection (1), the society, and every director of the society who is a party to the contravention, shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten pounds, and, in the case of a continuing offence, to an additional fine not exceeding ten pounds for every week during which the offence continues.
