Provisions applicable to dissolution under ss.99 and 100. 103. A building society may be wound up either voluntarily under the supervision of the court or by the court, if the court so order, on the petition of any member of the society who has been authorised in that behalf by special resolution, or of a judgment creditor for not less than fifty pounds but shall not otherwise be wound up, except under the Companies Act (Northern Ireland) 1960 upon a petition of the registrar presented in the exercise of any power conferred upon him by this Act.
