Sums allowed for protesting bills. 14. Every such notary public or other person as aforesaid shall be entitled to a sum of [20p] for protesting any foreign bill of exchange, over and above all stamp duty payable upon such protest, and also over and besides the sum of [5p] for registering and copying such bill, as herein-before provided.
