19. A person convicted of any offence under this Part shall, unless a special punishment for that offence is provided under this Part, be liable on summary conviction (a)in the case of a first conviction for such an offence to a fine of not less than twenty-five pounds nor more than one hundred pounds; (b)in the case of a second conviction for such an offence to a fine of not less than fifty pounds nor more than two hundred pounds; and (c)in the case of a third or subsequent conviction for such an offence to a fine of not less than one hundred pounds nor more than five hundred pounds or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and such imprisonment.
