Enforcement of orders of Court. 69. Any warrant issued by the Court under the said Act as amended by this Act, or under this Act, may be directed to and executed by [the messengers of the Court, or any assistant messenger, or] any constable or [any] other fit person therein named, [and it shall not be necessary for such last-named persons to take the oath prescribed for messengers by the said Act].
