Execution of warrant. 68. The Court may at any time after the presentation of a petition in bankruptcy against or by a debtor under the said Act as amended by this Act, or at any time after the presentation of a petition for arrangement under the said Act as amended by this Act, restrain further proceedings in any action, suit, or other process against the debtor in respect of any debt provable in bankruptcy or arrangement, or it may allow such proceedings, whether in progress at the time of such presentation respectively or commenced during the continuance of the bankruptcy or arrangement, to proceed upon such terms as to the Court may seem just. The Court may also at any time after the presentation of any such petition appoint a receiver or manager of the property or business of the debtor, or any part thereof, and may direct immediate possession to be taken of such property or business, or any part thereof.
