61. Notwithstanding that the several requirements of the one hundred and forty-ninth and one hundred and fiftieth sections of the said Act with respect to composition after bankruptcy may have been complied with, it shall be lawful for the Court to refuse to annul the adjudication, and to order that the bankruptcy shall continue, if at [the meeting or special sitting mentioned in the said one hundred and forty-ninth section or at any adjournment of the said meeting or special sitting] it shall be shown that the offer of composition made by the bankrupt or his friends is not reasonable and proper to be executed under the control of the Court.
