Avoidance of fraudulent preferences. 51. When a bankrupt is in receipt of a salary or income, other than is mentioned in the three hundred and nineteenth section of the said Act, the Court may, from time to time, make such order as it thinks just for the payment of such salary or income, or of any part thereof, to the official assignee or the trustee, to be applied by him in such manner as the Court shall direct; and thereupon such portion of such salary or income as shall be specified in such order shall be paid to such official assignee, until the Court shall make order to the contrary.
