Offences. 3.(1) Any person who, without the written consent of the Ministry, wilfully or knowingly (a)uses, or authorises or permits the use of, coal, [oil,] gas or electricity in respect of which a contribution has been paid pursuant to an order made under or continued in force by this Act for any purpose other than a purpose authorised or permitted by that order; or (b)disposes of, or authorises or permits the disposal of, coal, [oil,] gas or electricity in respect of which such a contribution has been paid; (2) Any person who (a)being required under this Act or any order made under, or continued in force by, this Act to furnish any information or record or account, furnishes any information or record or account which, to his knowledge, is false in a material particular; or Para.(b) rep. by 1969 c.16 (NI) s.31(2) sch.3 Pt.I S.4 spent.
