1. After the tribunal heard the evidence of the claimant and the evidence of Mr Cassidy on behalf of the respondent, the parties agreed that a Judgment should be made awarding £23,132.00 in total comprising:
(a) Redundancy pay £12,985.00
(b) Net Holiday Pay £ 748.28
(c) Net Arrears of Pay £ 3,038.72
(d) Notice Pay £ 6,360.00
2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
