1. At the end of the hearing the tribunal announced its decision with full reasons based on the claimant’s evidence, the contents of her claim form, the response form and the documentation in the claimant’s trial bundle.
2. The tribunal accepted the claimant’s unchallenged evidence and found the claimant’s claims for unauthorised deduction from wages, notice pay, redundancy pay and holiday pay are well-founded. The tribunal ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the following:
