The unanimous judgment of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,834.77

3. The claimant gave sworn oral testimony at the hearing, the claimant’s evidence was undisputed and the tribunal was satisfied that the evidence was truthful and credible.
4. After consideration of the claimant’s sworn evidence and the documentation evidence submitted to the tribunal by the claimant the tribunal unanimously determined that the claimant suffered an unauthorised deduction of wages contrary to Article 45 of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 in respect of failure to be paid wages for the months of September and October 2019, totalling £2,834.77.
5. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
