JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the tribunal, delivered in an oral decision with reasons at the end of the hearing, was that all claims in relation to discrimination on the grounds of disability and/or sex were dismissed.
The separate issue of less favourable treatment on the grounds of part-time workers status was resolved between the parties to their satisfaction, with the respondent agreeing to pay the claimant the sum of £1,238.02 in satisfaction of that claim. Therefore no decision is issued in relation to that claim.
