THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS
CASE REF: 15657/19
CLAIMANT: Ellen Ann Donnelly
RESPONDENT: Ranga Ratnayaka trading as The Hill Restaurant
DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
The respondent in his response has stated that he does not resist the claimant’s claims. Accordingly, I have determined the claims without hearings as follows:
(A) The claimant’s holiday claim is well-founded. It is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £157.25 in respect of wages.
(B) The claimant’s notice pay claim is well-founded. It is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £136.00 in respect of holiday pay.
This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
