PRE-HEARING REVIEW DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is to grant the claimant's application to amend her claim which contains a complaint of unfair dismissal to include additional complaints of direct disability discrimination and failure to make reasonable adjustments.

REASONS
1. Full oral reasons were given at the hearing.
2. Following delivery of the oral reasons, I gave the following directions and made the following orders:-
(1) Mr McKee confirmed on behalf of the claimant that her direct disability discrimination case is that she was treated less favourably than the eight employees, who were given voluntary severances in August 2017, by being dismissed prior to the scheme becoming available in August 2017.
(2) Each party should serve any Notices for Additional Information and Discovery on the other party by 1 June 2018 and respond by 15 June 2018.
(3) The claimant's representative is to clarify the precise details of the claimant's failure to make reasonable adjustments claim when responding to the respondent's Notices for Discovery and Additional Information by 15 June 2018.
(4) If the respondent wishes to submit a further response in relation to the claimant's claims of direct disability discrimination and failure to make reasonable adjustments, that further response should be lodged with the tribunal by 29 June 2018.
(5) The time-limit for the claimant and any witnesses she wishes to call to provide witness statements to the respondent is extended to 20 July 2018 to allow for any additional response from the respondent.
(6) The time-limit for the respondent and any witnesses it wishes to call is therefore extended to 10 August 2018.
(7) The hearing will take place from 22-26 October 2018, unless alternative agreed dates are notified to the tribunal by 8 June 2018. The hearing will commence at 12 noon on 22 October 2018 to enable the tribunal to read the witness statements and at 10.00 am on subsequent dates.
(8) A Progress Case Management Discussion will take place by telephone conference at 9.30 am on 2 October 2018.
(9) The bundles should be lodged with the tribunal by 17 October 2018.
