DECISION
(A) The claimant's appeal in respect of wages under Article 233 of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 ("ERO") is well-founded and the Department ought to pay to the claimant the sum of £2,177 in respect of wages. (That gross sum will be subject to tax deductions. Accordingly, the actual sum payable to the claimant, in respect of wages, pursuant to this decision, will be less than £2,177).
(B) The claimant's appeal in respect of holiday pay under Article 233 of ERO is well-founded and the Department ought to pay to the claimant the sum of £234 in respect of holiday pay. (That gross sum will be subject to deductions. Accordingly, the actual amount paid to the claimant, pursuant to this decision, will be less than the gross amount of £234).
(C) The claimant's appeal in respect of notice pay under Article 233 of ERO is well-founded and the Department ought to pay to the claimant the sum of £275 in respect of notice pay.

REASONS
1. I announced my decision at the end of the hearing. At the same time, I gave brief oral reasons for that decision.
2. The claimant provided sworn oral testimony during the course of this hearing. The accuracy and truthfulness of the claimant's testimony was assessed during the course of this hearing. I was satisfied that the claimant's testimony was accurate and truthful.
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
