THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS
CASE REF: 45/18
CLAIMANT: Anne Clara Barr
RESPONDENT: 1. Smart Kids (Gilford) Ltd
2. Joanne Marks
DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
-
The relevant time limit for presenting a response has expired. A response has been accepted and the respondent has stated in its response that it does not intend to resist the claim.
-
I have decided to determine the following claims without a hearing. I determine as follows:
The claimant's redundancy pay claim against Smart Kids (Gilford) Ltd is well-founded. It is declared that the respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of
£ 597 to the claimant.
-
The amount of the redundancy payment is the amount which has been agreed by the parties.
-
The claimant has withdrawn her proceedings against Ms Marks. Accordingly, the proceedings against Ms Marks are dismissed.
-
I am satisfied that the correct title of the first respondent is as stated above and the title of these proceedings has been amended accordingly.
-
This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
